  Paul was so patient and helpful when I called in requesting a vase installation for my mothers plot. I understand sensitivity is required to work in this industry but he was especially thoughtful and I really appreciated his candor and professionalism. They truly go above and beyond for their clientele and their families at Fairhaven Memorial!

  It was great till they did not notify that ashes are back. I called and they did not return the call. I called again next day and I was told that the ashes are ready. I went there to pickup and found that the ashes had been back for for 10 day's. That is not acceptable..

  I could spend all day lying here next to grandma .. the breeze comforts to my soul . the chirping of birds brings me peace and the Sundays warms my heart.

  My mother's in a niche @ the new Eternal Springs it's beautiful. It has waterfalls, and a private park uplifting feel unlike traditional crypts, headstones that are somber/sad feelling. Victor helped us with everything and couldn't of asked for anything better A++.
  
  I love and miss you mom.
  
  UPDATE: My real main thing that frustrated me was that it took almost 6 months to get plaque for my mom's niche.......
